At INTO YOU Cosmetics, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, used or swatched cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
